BUTLERBUILT under new ownership

We are happy to report that as of Tuesday, October 22, RJS Racing Equipment, a subsidiary of American Safety Products based in Jupiter, Fla., purchased the BUTLERBUILT Professional Seat Systems business and property at 70 Pitts School Rd NW in Concord, N.C. As of October 22, BUTLERBUILT is operating under new RJS ownership and we are already working hard to improve on inventory levels, delivery time on orders and moving forward from the uncertainty that has been surrounding BUTLERBUILT‘s future over the past several months.

We intend to keep all the facets of BUTLERBUILT intact, including the current staff and product line. We have plans to add new products to BUTLERBUILT’s already-impressive line of racing safety equipment.

We invite everyone to visit us at the December 12-14, 2019 Performance Racing Industry (PRI) Show at Booth #4509 to get fitted for your new custom seat and to learn about some very exciting news for 2020. We will have a number of new products for everyone to see and appearances by Dennis Anderson and family from King Sling and Grave Digger, as well as Bobby Ducote and Wayne Smozanek from the Street Outlaws. Larry Dixon and Scott Palmer from NHRA will also be making appearances. 

We want all past customers as well as our new customers to rest assured that if you bought a seat or safety product from us in the past or intend to in the future that I will guarantee you that BUTLERBUILT will be here for you and your family providing the same high-level safety equipment that we have for the past 35 years. 

American Safety Products is comprised of Seatbelt Solutions and Custom Accessories (aftermarket seat belt manufacture), RJS Racing Equipment and STT Safety Products (racing safety), Motivational Tubing (supplier of Jr. Dragsters & parts), South Carolina Motorplex and South Carolina Mudplex, (Racing, Mud colosseum & Entertainment facility)
